The abdominal area carries the secret formulas of an attractive body. The navel determines the location of the most important golden ratio found in the human body. If the ratio of the distance from the navel to the soles of the feet to the distance from the navel to the top of the head is 1.618, the body is in its most harmonious proportion. If the navel is at the level of the pelvic bone, the harmony of the hips and abdomen reaches its peak. If the ratio between the waist and hips is 0.7, the body becomes attractive. Contrary to popular belief, the ideal female abdomen is not flat. It should form a slight S when viewed from the side.
