İşlem dikiş gerektirmez ve 2- 2.5 mm lik ince kanüller ile yapılır.  İşlem sonrası aynı gün ya da alt-üst bacak birlikte yapılmış ise bir gece hastaneden yatılır. İşlem sonrası korse yerine kompresif çoraplar giyilir. İşlem sonrası sonucun %50 si görülür. Ödemin geçmesi ve dokuların sıkılaşması ile 3 ay sonra %80 bir yıl sonra ise final sonuç.
